TITLE: In House Counsel
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Law or its foreign educational equivalent.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare, draft, and revise various commercial documents, including lease agreements, franchise addenda, partnership agreements, vendor contracts and other legal documents, as assigned by management; maintain organized records of fully executed agreements; work with outside legal counsel as directed; draft and maintain business records such as board materials, meeting minutes and corporate resolutions; track changes in legislation affecting the business and prepare brief internal summaries.
